The orders carried out will be processed and entrusted to courier BRT Express Courier within the working 24h following the order. Delivery for shipments to Italy takes about 1-2 working days, (excluding Italian islands that may take 2-3 working days). The above times must be considered from the moment the order is entrusted to the courier.
Italy: Free for orders over €49,99 (less than €5)
Shipping costs for each specific geographical area, other than Italy, Europe and Switzerland, are calculated at check-out.
The tracking service (tracking) of the package is provided by the BRT courier and is active for all types of shipping. The link that allows you to monitor the shipment is provided by email or SMS directly from BRT and will be active 24 hours after the delivery to the courier.
In case the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage and attempted delivery in the mailbox.
Then the courier will try the delivery a second time.
After the second attempt failed the package will be sent back to the sender.
Please note that at the time of purchase it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile number), the courier may in fact call the recipient to ask for information in case he encounters problems during delivery.
We are not in any way responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier, weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstance beyond the control of the company Pantalón Brand.
TIMING OF EVASION
All orders are processed by Pantalón Brand within 1 working day in Italy from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
PROBLEMS WITH THE SHIPMENT
In the event that the customer receives a package opened by Customs or the Carrier for authorized inspections, the package will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body. If the package appears damaged, wet or the adhesive tape not intact, customers are invited to sign the delivery of the package with the note "Accepted with Reserve", or to refuse the delivery of the package.
In the event that the package is not intact, customers are kindly invited to open a complaint at the local office of the carrier who made the delivery and to contact us promptly at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend that you take photos of the package before opening it and share them promptly with us so that you can submit a complaint to the carrier. If the package is not intact, and the customer signs the delivery without the note "Accepted with Reservation", the delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently Pantalón Brand will not accept any related complaint.
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to wrong phone number, wrong shipping address, missed recipient, or if the customer refuses to pick up the parcel, The package will be returned to the sender Pantalón Brand in Italy at the customer’s expense. The cost includes shipping costs and any taxes; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
