Pantalón Brand delivers parcels all over the world via GLS Express Courier e SDA Express Courier. Delivery for shipments to Italy takes about 2-3 working days (excluding Italian islands which may take 3-5 working days). Delivery for shipments to the European Union takes about 3-5 working days. Delivery for shipments to the rest of the world takes about 5-7 working days. All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. pantalonbrand.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Pantalón Brand. All shipments are accompanied with an official Transport Document (D.P.R. 472 of 14/08/1996).  Once orders are sent the cancellation of it or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. It is necessary to provide us with a valid telephone number to facilitate the delivery operations and agree on the modalities. Once received the package, you can ask for the return within 15 days of receipt of the goods.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for our withdrawal of any merchandise from Pantalón Brand regardless of whether such merchandise has been sold, by removing, sifting or modifying any material or content on pantalonbrand.com, the refusal to to process an operation, to cancel or suspend any operation after processing has started. While every effort is made to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of the products. If we discover an error in the price of a product in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will not be obligated to accept or place an order for a product that has been advertised at an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will soon be. Pre-order items are shipped upon arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time indicated on the item purchase page. In the event that the pre-order merchandise fails to deliver, pantalonbrand.com will promptly inform and refund customers. pantalonbrand.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Pantalón Brand that could cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse after the time specified on the product purchase page. In pre-order purchases are charged at the time the order is placed.

Pantalón Brand processes orders in Italy from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout. When the order is delivered to the courier, customers will receive an e-mail that will provide the tracking number for the order.

Upon delivery, customers are kindly asked to carefully inspect the package before signing and confirming full delivery of the package. In the event that the customer receives a package opened by the Customs or the Carrier for authorized inspections, the package will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body. If the package appears damaged, wet or the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the delivery of the package with the note "Accepted with Reserve", or to refuse delivery of the package. In the event that the package is not intact, customers are kindly invited to open a complaint at the local office of the carrier who made the delivery and contact us promptly at the e-mail address info.pantalon@gmail.com It is recommended that you take pictures of the package before opening it and share them promptly with us so that we can file a claim with the carrier. If the package is not intact, and the customer signs the delivery without the note "Accepted with Reserve", the delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently Pantalón Brand will not accept any related complaint. 

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Pantalón Brand and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to the order placed. If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to wrong telephone number, wrong shipping address, missed recipient, or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender Pantalón Brand in Italy at customer expenses. The cost includes shipping costs and any taxes; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
