RETURNS

For any reason, customers can make a return within 15 days of receiving the goods. All returns are charged to the customer. Pantalón Brand does not make substitutions. Items must be returned in the same original condition, well packed and with the return label still attached. In order to initiate the refund process, customers must complete the form attached inside the parcel. Please follow all instructions provided avoiding any inconvenience. Pantalón Brand reserves the right to refuse the refund request if the goods do not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy. 

Refund of the returned item will be issued after the package reaches our warehouse and is inspected by our quality department. If the item is eligible, the refund process will be processed within 15 business days after the product arrives at the warehouse. Any currency changes during the return period will not be refunded. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging along with all materials received with the item (s). The item (s) must be undamaged, unwashed, not worn or altered and must be equipped with all original tags. When trying on shoes, please be aware not to scratch the soles or mark the original packaging. Briefs, swimwear and bikini bottoms must be tried on on underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip or they will not be accepted. If the item does not meet the above requirements it will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. All products are checked in our quality department for any defects. However, if a customer receives an item that is not in original condition, please contact info.pantalon@gmail.com immediately. 

Products are classified as defective if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described on our site. Please note that items that are damaged or worn through misuse will not be considered defective. If your product is faulty when you receive it, you can return it within 15 days of the date you received it. Every day we do our best to make you view the colors of our products, which appear on pantalonbrand.com, as accurately as possible. However, as monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of a color display. 

Pantalón Brand reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been duly authorized or sent not in accordance with the above policy.
