In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return the products.


In case of return or exchange of goods, the procedure is as follows:
1. Write an email to within 3 days of receipt of the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.

2. Follow the return procedure as per communication received from our customer service.
3. Ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order and any currency changes during the return period will not be refunded. 
We will only replace or refund items returned as instructed.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

The return of the product must take place within 72 hours after receiving the email from our customer service in the manner to be followed (the date indicated on the stamp of the mail or transport document of the courier will be valid).
The costs of returning the product for changes of goods are charged to the customer. In case of exchange of goods the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for only one time (excluding minor islands).

In the case of customized product sale only, the amount spent on the purchase cannot be refunded.


To exercise the right of withdrawal it is essential to complete the form sent with the goods and send them back in their original packaging together with all materials received with the article/ i. The article/ i must be unharmed, not washed, worn or altered and must bear all original labels.

Pantalón Brand also reserves the right to refuse the refund request if the goods do not comply with all the terms and conditions provided for in our return policy.


In case of Return for incorrect, damaged or defective product, the shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the purchased products, the amount of logistical costs incurred for the delivery of the order will be reimbursed, in case the returned product is the only one present in the order. In addition, the transport costs for the return will not be charged.


The return will be managed within 30 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. The timing may vary due to delays in transport in case of public holidays or force majeure, however, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in case the product was returned by default, the actual non-conformity declared by the final customer. The payment of the refund takes approximately 14 days from the check of the item carried out. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or Paypal Express or Apple pay).
