Access the Pantalón Brand Return Center portal and follow the steps below to book the return of your order.

How to make a return/exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products.

1. Click on "Book your return " and follow the steps indicated on the portal.
    
2. Place the products inside the original box or an equally sturdy one. Make sure you remove the previous car labels and replace them with the return label. The/i Product/s must/must be returned/s in their original condition.
    
3. Go to the nearest post office, or another courier, to send the parcel. The return address is as follows:

   Via Cassiano, 10/A, 47853, Coriano (RN), Italy
    
4. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when the refund will be issued.

The shipping costs incurred for the return of the products are borne by the end customer.

Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions re-credited on the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. Express shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 

Important information

The company Pantalón Brand cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to the returned package.

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs taxes, and local taxes imposed by the country in which the shipment is made.
The payment of these fees is essential to allow the customs clearance of the order.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount to pay for taxes and duties, so please check them before placing an order.
