Pantalón Brand currently accepts payments with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Bit Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL. When customers place orders online, their credit details are forwarded to a secure online banking system. Once the order has been placed, the necessary funds are held in the form of a pre-authorization. This is not the actual cost, but it ensures that you have sufficient funds to carry out the operation. Once the order has been shipped, the card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.
If your order is unfortunately canceled, pantalonbrand.com will immediately issue the pre-authorization. 
Please note that your bank may take extra time to process the funds in your account. Payments and refunds for shipments are all billed in Euros (EUR). However, when the order is processed, the exchange rate used is the current exchange rate. For this reason, there may be a difference between the estimated cost and the cost charged at the time of treatment. Credit cards will be charged in Euros, and therefore, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the exchange rate applicable on the day the credit card company processes the transaction. When a refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that of the current day. This can also cause a variance between the price paid and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates. 

In accordance with the new EU regulation 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR), data can be transferred to non-EU countries or countries outside the European Economic Area, which in any case guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data. In any case, the data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of current legislation.
