What are the delivery times?
Orders will be processed and entrusted to BRT Express Courier within 48 working hours following the order. Delivery for shipments to Italy takes about 1-2 working days, (excluding Italian islands that may take 2-3 working days). The above times must be considered from the moment the order is entrusted to the courier.
Can I redirect the order to a different address?
Once the order has been placed, it is possible to change the delivery address selected at check-out no later than 2 hours from receiving the e-mail confirming the order, by contacting us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you not home on the day of delivery?
If you are not present at the time of delivery our courier will leave a notice of passage to allow you to reorganize a new delivery or to collect the package personally in the nearest branch. If the courier cannot leave a paper notice, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with all the details (make sure that the mobile phone number on the account is correct).
Do you deliver on holidays?
No deliveries are made on national holidays and weekends in Italy. In these cases, the package is likely to arrive the next working day.
How do I track my order?
The courier as soon as he has sent the package will send an email to the customer containing the tracking number (tracking) and all the information necessary for delivery. When the order will be delivered, the courier will send another email with the possibility to change the delivery date or pick up the package in BRT FERMO POINT or directly in the nearest BRT branch.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will soon be. Pre-order items are shipped upon arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time indicated on the item purchase page. Is it possible to return the goods?
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty within 15 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to email@example.com.
It is specified that the shipping costs for the return of the goods, are charged to the user. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is essential to complete the form sent with the goods and send them back in their original packaging together with all materials received with the article/ i. The article/ i must be unharmed, not washed, worn or altered and must bear all original labels.

Can I return an item for a change with a different size or color instead of a refund?
Of course we offer the replacement service for the items: it is essential to fill out the form sent with the goods and send them back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the article/s. The article/s must be unharmed, not washed, worn or altered and must bear all original labels. Remember that the return expense is charged to the user. Once received at the warehouse it will be our concern to send the customer free of charge the exact size or color.
I was refunded the wrong amount
We apologize if the refund amount received is incorrect.
Remember that the refund amount can be affected by:
- Shipping costs, refundable only in case of defective or incorrect goods.
- Any promotions applied at the time of purchase, which may no longer be applicable after a return and relative refund.

In what conditions should the items be returned?
Items must be returned in the same original condition, well packed and with the return label still attached.
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging along with all materials received with the item (s). The item (s) must be undamaged, unwashed, not worn or altered and must be equipped with all original tags.
The company reserves the right to refuse the refund request if the goods do not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy.
My product is defective
Products are classified as defective if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described on our site.
Please note that items that are damaged or worn through misuse will not be considered defective.
