SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

The orders carried out will be processed and entrusted to courier BRT Express Courier within the working 24h following the order. Delivery for shipments to Italy takes about 1-2 working days, (excluding Italian islands that may take 2-3 working days). The above times must be considered from the moment the order is entrusted to the courier.

Under normal conditions, the delivery time in Europe is 48/96h from the moment the courier takes charge of the order, which takes place within 24h of the order placed on the site.

To change the shipping address of a recently made order you need to contact us by email at info@pantalonbrand.com, or on Whatsapp at +39 3500749175 as soon as possible. 
Orders are processed every day from Monday to Friday at 12:00 and it is therefore necessary to write before this time.
